Welcome to JTS Equipment Rentals. By renting our skidsteer machines and attachments, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Periods

• Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment during the rental period.
• Please inspect equipment upon delivery/pickup and report any pre-existing issues.
• Charges for damages will be deducted from the stored card or billed separately.

6. Equipment Usage

• Equipment must be used safely and responsibly.
• Only trained operators should handle skidsteers and attachments.
• Misuse or neglect of equipment may result in additional charges.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
• No refund will be issued for early returns.

8. Pickup & Delivery

• Equipment can be picked up or delivered to available rental locations (cities/addresses listed on the site).
• Delivery charges may apply based on location.

9. Identification & Agreement

• A valid photo ID is required at the time of rental.
• By renting from JTS Equipment Rentals, you agree to all terms listed here.
